By providing your mobile number and opting in during the employee onboarding process, you agree to receive SMS messages from Care at Home regarding:

  • Work schedule updates (shift changes, confirmations, and urgent shift openings).

  • Employment-related notifications (training reminders, payroll alerts, and compliance updates).

  • Emergency notifications related to operational needs.

Message Frequency: Messages are sent as needed based on operational requirements. You may receive messages up to 3 times per month.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS updates from Care at Home.
